Jackie has a smart ghetto mouth, passive aggressive and completely disrespectful. Don’t send your kids here they’ll come back in pull ups when you sent them potty trained. They do not wanna see kids excel and it’s clear. Next step will be talking to the director. Customer service of Jackie the secretary is a zero!

My son LOVED this place! He was so proud of himself when he did an accomplishment! The teachers had nothing but good things to say about him. I checked him out 3 days early. They said they would miss him and was so proud how much he learned in 1 month. He started extremely late and was there only a month but they said he was a big helper, loved to share with others, loved to trace his name, and help others. ♥️

The women at the desk were very helpful in telling me exactly what I had to do and how to do it. They answered all my questions and were polite doing so. Its nice to go to a place like this a be treated nicely I stead of being talked down to like some places like this do. Thanks for the help ladies.

My son was ready to start head start on the first day. But the paper work hasn't been finished on their end yet. School has started, I have a job, and a younger son to take care of. I called to see if there was anything I could do to get him in by the second day. The woman who finally answered the phone, curtly and very rudely told me that they had hundreds of files to go through. Understandable. I said even after we went to the enrollment fair almost a month ago and after all the proper paperwork was turned in, he (my son) was still in processing? She sounded as if she was saying it through her teeth, again, We have hundreds of applications to go through. I hung up before we got into a teeth grinding match.
