Keep looking! I asked specifically if during our evening/night (Fall 2023) flight if we could fly over downtown and the stadiums (no games were going on) and was told - 'Oh, yes, for sure'....well that evening during the flight the pilot said that was not possible without a permit. Zero sight seeing, especially if you can't fly over what you really wanted to see - kinda a bait and switch, to be very honest. ALSO, the right window (passenger seat) you could not see out of...not kidding. So being in the passenger seat, I had zero visibility to my right. I'm not a flight engineer, but I would think from a pilot perspective you need to be able to see out of a main window Not in this case! In my opinion this was a huge safety concern and should be reported. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere - dishonesty and unsafe equipment is a bad recipe for a night flight!

It seemed to me that the pilot was just interested in logging hours. I was disappointed in the flight due to the complacency or the lack of personality of the pilot who seemed uninterested in US. It was bad weather and I'm sure he was concentrating on what he was doing but would have liked him to engage us just a little. The worst part was that the whole place seemed closed. If not for my persistents in looking for someone we would of missed our flight. Was planning on doing this once a year, planning on making it a tradition with me and my boys but I don't think Flamingo air will be my choice to do this for lack of the pilots enthusiasm about flying

If you own or plan to own your own aircraft they will send you away as they are not interested in training anybody who is not planning on renting their aircraft indefinitely. If you have achieved advanced ratings in the past and/or have international experience then they will belittle and insult you. I personally was called a liar for a multi-engine rating I got overseas even after proving it to them I was told "You just have an answer for everything don't you." I have no idea why it mattered as I was not even asking for multi-engine training nor do they offer it as they have no twin there at this time. Maybe they were just trying to lessen their workload by sending me away. Their prices are not very competitive either. So if you value your time and don't want to be very rudely insulted, I would just move on to someone who does want to be in business.

Our kids loved the king and queen tour! Money well spent! Can't express how much we enjoyed making this memory!

I had a wonderful experience here. I wasn't there for flight lessons but rather for federal testing. There was a very helpful lady working the front desk that was extremely helpful. The whole process was not as long as I expected. Very clean. It's a little hard to find if using Google maps but otherwise a pleasant experience.
