I went to Florence crittenton and the staff laughed at me and are just very disrespectful they dont do much when a kid attacks another kid sometimes they interfere but most of the time they just sit and watch like its their entertainment my mother didnt feel safe visiting me there because of all the clients that kept threatening us and what was the worst is that one of the clients threatening us was my roommate so my mother took me out and i hope other parents will read these experiences and not bring their kids there because under no circumstances is Florence crittenton a safe environment for children

It used to be a good place now they can't even hardly get control of their clients, your child risks being assaulted by other clients here, the administration is full of people who lost sight in what is the mission since they had a 2nd rate ceo try to run the place into the ground.Save your hard work for a better place and take your child somewhere where they can be safe...not here.

My visit to this place was poor and disrespectful not only did the front desk assistant disrespect the child she disrespect me n told me next time let the child walk from 51ave n camelbacks all the way to 7th ave n camelbacks how is that safe n the child is in middle school I am displeased with this company we have to do better if we want better for this kids
