A beautiful and inviting studio with lots of hot workout classes. I love that there are also unheated gentle classes if I need to stretch! I also appreciate that they don’t charge for mat/towel rentals like some studios.

Absolutely in love with Flow Napa Valley! The studio space is simply gorgeous - they've created such a peaceful, serene environment that makes you feel calm the moment you walk in. From the beautiful sage green walls to the bright, airy practice rooms, every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

The class variety is perfect - you can find exactly what you need, whether it's an energetic workout or a mindful, restorative session. I particularly appreciate how the instructors balance challenging sequences with moments of tranquility. They've really mastered the art of creating classes that leave you feeling both accomplished and refreshed.

The owners are incredible - their warmth and positive energy really set the tone for the whole studio. You can tell they're passionate about what they do, and it shows in every aspect of Flow. They've built something really special here in Napa Valley.

Love everything about this place! The studio itself is beautiful and serene. The classes have a great mix of challenging and peaceful. The owners are so friendly and have such great energy! It is no surprise they have created such an amazing place. Looking forward to trying more of their classes.

Flow is THE place for coming together, working hard , getting your sweat on and being in community.. also: Fluffy towels, well stocked shower room, complimentary use of brand new yoga mats & equipment, as well as fresh coffee and tea,
