I have mixed feelings about this location. If you walk in, it can be a good experience. Outside of my home I have a difficult time communicating with anyone, the employees there have been very good about my impairment which I greatly appreciate. However if I try to contact them by phone, which is an easier way for me to speak to someone I am met with an endless ringing phone that never gets answered. Either I get so frustrated or the automated operator comes on and tells me my party is not answering.

It's a good place to go when you need help for things but when you walk in always say hi to the security guard is a good friend of mine he's good people and he can help you and answer your questions
