I recently took two of my guitars to Walter for a full setup, and I couldn't be happier with the results! He did an amazing job. My guitars have never played so well. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch guitar tech.

Don’t listen to the kazoo guy he wasn’t even in the store for one and for two the wife is crazy and rude, I was there when it happened. There’s a literal sign that says if you put instrument in your mouth you have to pay for it. When the 12 year old put it in her mouth and tried to put it back and the guy calmly let her know she can’t put it back because it’s unsanitary. He was very polite to her and the crazy lady was like don’t talk to her. Maybe teach your kids not to put random stuff you don’t own in your mouth and also learn to read. Edit to add: No guy at the store has a buzz cut so it goes to show much much they pay attention. The store in general is awesome and we love coming here weekly. They are very chill and great to talk to. Very intelligent and insightful, if you need anything music wise they’re the guys and gals to go to

My review is based on my lessons. I have been working with Angel for a couple of months. I tried to teach myself but my progress has been much greater working with Angel. I can't speak for the other teachers but Angel is great!

Would not let them touch any of your instruments. I had a basic set up on my Martin Acoustic bass and they messed it up. Now have fret rattle and I think they jacked up the truss rod. I will take it an actual Luther to find out if they can fix it right.

Might want to educate new employees to be able to help with instrument accessories and where to find them. I come approximately 20 miles away to just be told to “come back during the week” I was going to buy quite a bit of supplies, but after this, I will just order off of Amazon. Unfortunate, as I have been a customer of some years now & would rather buy at a local shop than a big company, but was led to this by your own uninformed employee.

To be honest, I needed new strings for my guitar (it's a cheap glarry). The lady helped me instantly and the guy helped me get strings.(I'm a starter )The people are very good people. This place makes me comfortable and safe. But I do need new strings for my electric. I need advice for good strings for my electric guitar. But Fretworks is a great store. Keep up with the great work!

It's the music store for musicians in Yuma AZ. They have a pretty decent selection of items for pianos, guitars, drums, bass guitars, violins, and accessoriesfor each. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I can't recommend them enough to support local business.
