I'd give zero if I could. Very disappointed with the cookie sales thus year. On the first day available to order the raspberry rally, We are locked out of ordering a mere 10 boxes. This Is ridiculous. Now my daughter has to break the news to her family and friends who wanted to order.

Representatives of a local troop have taken to lambasting reputable businesses and employees publicly when they felt their needs were not being addressed rather than providing a good example for their charges. Because of this behavior and their reluctance to hash things out as an adult rather than publicly ridiculing, I can not recommend having children participate in this organization.

Unprofessional,Rude and Scammers. I ordered $100 worth of Girl Scouts Cookies and the parent refuses to deliver per the order she " accepted". The parent stated "gas prices" is an issue, I offered to pick the Cookies up myself from a secure location.All communication went dead and I received no response.I called rhe office, I was handled in a rude and unprofessional manner as if I just didn't support the Girl Scouts.I was doing my due diligence of supporting a cause I always believed to very positive for upcoming and growing girls.The Girl scouts in Sandusky, doesn't hold the promises under the mission of the program. It's very unethical especially at a time of an Pandemic. I still found Heart to support a cause even though times are trying.

I have been a Girl Scout volunteer at multiple councils, and this is by far my favorite! So wonderfully helpful to volunteers and troops, and the shop is terrific! Makes me proud to be a Girl Scout - keep up the great work!

I will NEVER purchase cookies again. I ordered some, paid with cash, and they were never received. I contacted the corporate offices, was told matter should be resolved Monday. I waited until Thursday to contact again when I didn't hear back on Monday, and was again told should be resolved by following Monday. Well issue was never resolved, and I never received another email. Girl scouts aren't what they use to be. Its terrible that they are teaching kids its okay to do this to people.

I went for the shop. Which is clean and we'll organized. However I called to make sure they had something was told they did , only to get there and find out they did not. Also every time I make an appointment they push it back on me.
