At first none of my kids wanted to do this. But quickly they all learned to love it. Graham Lelliott is one of the few 10th Black belts and one of the most knowledgable in the world. His staff has multiple 5th Blacks here all the time which means students are frequently working 1-1 with 5th Blacks or higher.

Is it the most deadly? IDK. But they have a great blend of sparring. Techniques. Real world application training. We’ve been very very pleased with everything here. We recommend to everyone.

Excellent place for young ones to begin their Karate experience. Discipline and respect are a huge part of the program. I was impressed that at any age, they must earn their advancement stripes on their belt by proving their ability. Nothing is given arbitrarily. They must prove they’ve learned their set. All training is age appropriate, yet challenges the student. Instructors are amazing with the kids. I can’t imagine a better place for my child to be introduced to karate.

My boys have participated in GL Kenpo for over 3 years and everytime I walk through the doors there is a welcoming, family atmosphere. Graham and his instructors take each of their students and really take the time to get to know them and help them to make sure they know what they are doing and why they are doing it. I wouldn't choose any other place to bring my boys and am willing to drive a ways to be apart of this amazing Kenpo family.

i give this dojo five stars because i go to to karate here and the people are so positive, loving people . the classes are fun and you learn alot too. i am a green belt here and i got to meet my instructor grams teacher and other people from our dojos it was so cool .
