If I could give no stars I would do just that. 12 messages I repeat 12 messages I've left since Jan 15th and not one call back. Out of the 12 calls 3 times I spoke to a human and not a recording... worst temp service ever! A temp service that has no employees themselves imagine that

I’ve never called a business to deal with someone so absolutely rude for ZERO reason. If you hate your job as a recruiter working with the general public, I suggest seeking work else where and give the position to a person with etiquette. Lousy attitude. Decided not to even move forward after that phone call, and sought out different staffing agency who was actually polite and helpful.

I got a temporary assignment through this company at quality stripping a few months back. Unfortunately later that day I got the flu and they were closed when I found out that I had the flu. I called them the following day and told them I didn't show up because I got the flu the night prior. I stayed home for the convenience of myself and whoever else works there. Once I called the office, they were alittle disappointed and were telling me I had to call them the day before which would've been the same day I stopped in to get the assignment. I told them they were closed when I found out. They took it as an excuse and rather than explain to the employer the situation, they just hung up on me. Afterwards, I had enough. I called quality stripping and told them why I didn't show up. They were pretty understanding of it. As far as getting assigned somewhere for work, the place is alright. As far as communication and preventing the public from being under pressure with the employer, they should really work on that. If a temp agency is your go to as far as finding a job, I'd go to surge. Surge is more understanding and will do what they can to prevent you being under pressure like this.

I WANT CORPORATE NUMBER. I wish I could give less than one star. Not sure of the front desk girl name and kaliegh (however you spell it) Danielle, Kathy, Samantha, and Kaitlin are all liars and cheats. I was given the run around for my money for 2 weeks. They consistently blamed it on the company I was working for and it was partially true but they handled the situation so unprofessionally. August 6, 2021 I was up 9:30 am calling about my money(with little no to answer) they promised payment up until end of business and text me that I was paid out and they owed me nothing else and refered me too the company for payment. And to top it all off they asked me to leave their premises without my money and threatened to call the police. Once again this was after me contacting them with no answer or an answer with attitude about what was owed to me for 2 weeks all day long (mind you this was the final day there was a battle for 2 weeks. If you can go to another temp agency or apply directly through the company directly

I applied for a job with this company, since they called for an interview I have been extremely busy With just being in a car accident and had a family emergency I was out of state for all in the same week. So my focus was gone and my mind went blank. I didn’t have my phone with me most of this week and this company completely blew up my mind home. They called me 11 times and texted me 9 times in the SAME DAY!!! Talk about harassment. I told them I would get back with them as soon as I could when things slowed down and they still proceed to call and text. LEAVE ME ALONE. At this point I want nothing to with your company and I don’t want to work for you because I don’t believe in harassing people.

MULTIPLE horrible experiences with these people. They lie and manipulate, and try to short you on your checks. So ALWAYS check your pay stubs. I had to threaten to involve a lawyer to get the money I was owed. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Jen and Kaileigh are the worst ones to interact with there. They take 2 hour lunch breaks, and never answer the phone. When you leave a message they return the call days later. The office and waiting room area was unkept and dirty. Smelled like cigarettes Everytime I walked in there. I'm not the only one who has experienced these things. All the temps I worked with said they have the exact same experiences when they go there. I asked for a cup of water so I could take my drug screen, instead of walking a few steps to the water cooler, they just grabbed a bottle out of their "Flint, Michigan Water Charity" box. Food wrappers and empty boxes all over the back wall. Just very rude and inconsiderate people. I recommend going to another temp agency.

Keliegh normally works with me on finding employment. She does a fairly decent job and generally has me a new assignment within a day or so of request. She also checks up to see how you are doing with the job. The other employees are all nice.

Very decent company to work for If you enjoy working.
I've been satisfied up until the point of having to switch
companies that I work for through them. Which is kind of hard
to do if you cannot keep in contact.
