Great service, no wait time. I saw PNP Jasjit Gill. She gave me exceptional care. She went over all my health issues. I was really happy with the Staff as well. They were very kind. Thank you .

This is a very nice facility and I go here for dentist appointments sometimes. The people working here are nice and friendly to people/ the people the are working with. I recommend going here. 👍

Went in due to metal shavings in husbands eye x5 plus days and merceds hospital incompetence and heartlessness . Office and Staff were great fast friendly very timely and great bedside manor. I would have given a 5 if they would've been able to help my husband with the pain and problem with his eye instead of having to wait on referral to see optometrist. Which should have been a emergency referral and still haven't heard from anyone .He could lose his eye people .

Had a telehealth appt scheduled and was told the doctor would be calling me back after finishing up with a patient. Doctor never called me. Very unprofessional as I stood by to make sure not to miss the call. Will be looking for care elsewhere.

My rating is for the Dr alone, was very disappointed I understand they have other patients but I take time off work least they can do is listen she was in room with me maybe 5 min if tht and felt like she didn't listen to anything I said. Hope I don't "have" to go back here to be honest!! (Planada clinic)
