After 10 years of dancing with The Goleta School of Ballet, it has become a second home for our daughters. Miss Gina provides foundational skills in the youngest ballerinas in a gentle and kind manner. She knows every child’s personality and brings out the best in every dancer. Miss Lisa and Miss Emily foster an environment of collaboration, support, and camaraderie amongst their dancers. Dancers develop confidence in their own skills and technique while celebrating the successes of others. We love the ballet community and friendships that our daughters have built and are thankful to be a part of the Goleta School of Ballet family.

My daughter has attended Goleta Ballet School since she was 4.5 years old. Now she is 15, a junior in high school. As a parent, this involves a lot drop-offs and pick-ups over these many years, but it really is worth it. Each year the school puts on two splendid school-wide performances, an upper division gala, and two summer camps. I still remember my daughter and her friends tiptoe walking on the first Nutcracker while teacher Gina was hiding behind the curtain giving instructions. Now they have all become elegant ballerinas. Lisa, Gina, and Emily built this positive environment for the kids to appreciate discipline, structure, and true elegance. They are role models to the students beyond the craft.

My daughter has been with the Goleta School of Ballet for 8 years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. Lisa, Emily and Gina are great teachers who offer excellent guidance and demand the best from their students. Best of all, this is done in a very friendly and nurturing environment. Their productions are always beautiful and very professional and everyone has a chance to participate. I'm always happy to see how dedicated these dancers are and how much they are willing to help each other. The same goes for the adult classes: great people, great environment and much dedication.

Goleta School of Ballet is so wonderful. The instructors have created an amazing atmosphere where the students all support each other and enjoy each other's company, while developing serious technical skills. And the performances are beautiful.

My daughter has been dancing at GSB for 12 years and still loves it! Lisa, Emily, and Gina instill a love of dance in a nurturing yet rigorous program. The performances are incredible! We've been very happy with GSB and highly recommend it.

While we live in Santa Barbara, we selected the Goleta School of Ballet for our daughter. This school reflects the values and experiences we want for our daughter as she becomes a young woman. The teachers are more than teachers, they care for each child's athletic development as well as each child's personal development. After 4 years with Miss Gina, Miss Lisa and Miss Emily, my daughter loves dance more than ever and her confidence has developed beyond measure. I am so thankful that my daughter is learning to love dance, develop lifelong friendships and have mentors such as her ballet teachers.
