My child really enjoyed this center! The water park, playground, activities, schedule was awesome! Unfortunately, he is now too old to go there but wanted to give this review! Thank you!

Horrible, trash littered throughout the playground, weeds growing up, pools were not kept up, and cloudy. Thankfully I didn't pay for a membership and was only there to check it out.

Absolutely Love Goodtimes!! We use them for several of their programs like before and after school child care, days out camp during the school year. The kids also attend summer camp and I can not Express how Grateful we are for all of the counselors and staff that make these different programs happen!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs childcare throughout the year!!

We love the YMCA Goodtimes program! This is my daughter's 7th year participating, and she has had very positive experiences. Ms. Sonja Williams at Forest Avenue Magnet and Coach Moore at Baldwin Magnet are awesome. They truly care about the students, ensure that their homework is completed, and provide them with healthy and fun recreational activities. My daughter has also made many good friends at Goodtimes. We are truly grateful for the program and the wonderful people who oversee it. Thanks for everything!

I have been very satisfied with goodtimes YMCA. I have been with them for over a year now. This year they have improved a lot. They help them finish the homework and provide healthy snacks. My kids are happy when I pick them up.

I think management or just manager was changed. My son had ymca learning program at this time for online class due to c19. Last week was horrible. I sent zoom meeting information with teacher email on Tue which is saying that she would need class in zoom meeting at first week. Manager replied she needs schoology log in info. I had to reply again on Wed morning that my son needed to attend zoom meeting instead of schoology. But he missed Wed. I sent email again that let him attend on Thur & Fri finally. On Thur, my son missed again. So during meeting, I called manager to check it out. She did not know it. Finally on Fri. my son attended fully. So my son was not happy and comfortable with YMCA service. Me neither. Without care, I paid $120 each week. My son told me his elder sister could help him instead of YMCA. So this week Mon, as soon as my son dropped in YMCA, I sent email to manager that I need to cancel. She replied she saw my son and asked me about changing my mind. I replied immediately that I would want to cancel asap your confirmation. She replied at 11oclock that she cancelled from next week. So I called her and asked her that I wanted to cancel this week and get refund. She said that even one day attendance would change all week payment. So she won't give refund no matter one day attendance of my son. It does not make sense at all. YMCA is very greedy. Even I sent her email at 8clock at Monday morning. I sent email to manager and cc to director. But the same reply. Very greedy. I am still very mad at this.

Counselors do not have boundaries at the Good Times at Forest Avenue. We have had a couple incidences where our child was actually pulled by the back of the shirt and jerked into his seat. A lot of yelling at the children. I have witnessed that myself. We do not consider this a safe environment for any child that is ADHD.
