Worst service ever. I went to Goodwill on Wednesday evening 7pm ish. I was bringing in multiple tubs of clothing I see a young gentleman walk outside having a quick glance at his name tag named Alex. I kindly asked for some assistance, and I was met with attitude and whining. Being an older individual myself, he was acting like one of my five-year-old grandchildren I was so shocked to see a grown teenager act like this. He then proceeds to walk inside and ignore me after I painstakingly brought the tubs in, I was refuse service and was forced to bring them all the way back to my car and I had to leave my three-year-old granddaughter in the car and she started having a meltdown. This could’ve been Prevented by him helping me and doing his job correctly I will never visit the Goodwill location again until he is talk to.

This weekend (Saturday November 16th) during the day maybe around 11. I went to drop off my daughters clothes, I was met with a young gentleman with a blonde buzz cut having an ‘x’ at the back of his head named Alex. Who was the most rude and selfish human being I’ve ever talked to Treating me no less than a human. he didn’t even help me pick up my clothes saying “ Do it yourself” I myself have trouble walking and could not lift the bags of clothes which resulted in me falling, I now have a sore wrist and a rolled ankle if he does not get talked to or disciplined, I will be taking measures to the next level. I hope you can understand and give him the appropriate discipline

Cheshire Goodwill is a gem. It is the cleanest, best smelling, and most thoroughly organized thrift shop I've been to so far. They put out the best quality items only. You very rarely run into a over worn piece of clothing. The housewares are amazing! The rows of clothing aren't too tight so there's room if someone needs to go around you. The workers are always putting out new inventory. It's such a wonderful place!

Went to drop off clothes at the donation center for the first time- so I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do. The man working screamed at me for walking in and told me to put it in bin. And I went to go ask if he wanted my bin as well and he said to me “did you need something else?” with lots of attitude. And then when I was waiting outside- he asked me again. Then I asked for a tax receipt and he huffed and rolled his eye. He gave it to me and I was making sure so I asked if it was for taxes. And then he said it is a tax receipt, again with attitude. Was very displeased with his attitude and manners.

I was looking forward to stopping here on my way home I don't live nearby and when I came into the store I had to use the bathroom. Their signs on the door saying that there's no more public restrooms. Now I have to get back in my car and I have to drive to another store to use the bathroom. I'm not going to return to give them my business. I'm doing a clean out of my apartment right now and I had a lot of donations but I think they'll be going elsewhere...

Great place and nice employees. I go almost every week. Wish there were more carriages, my grandma needs something to lean on while shopping, and most of the time the carts are taken.
