The Goodwill in Clermont is a large, fairly new freestanding store. Ample parking in its own lot. Friendly staff. Minus one star for a somewhat junky homegoods section and some high prices on items. Still some great finds if you're willing to search. Recommended.

I used to donate here all the time and also shopped here a lot. The prices have gotten so out of hand. There are a few gem of employees in the store, however one manager/supervisor? was so rude. There was two plushies I grabbed and at the office asked how much, they said $9.99 for the 15 inch pride Minnie but didn’t provide a price tag. When I got to the register on the other side of the store I told the girl how much and she grabbed a manager/sup who said “it’s $14.99”. I stayed to her what I was told and she said “Regular employees don’t have authority to price things”. I told her it was someone in the office. Her response “All our Disney plushies are $14.99”. I decided not to buy it. When I got to my car, I search up the same Minnie, Walmart has her for $16.68…..

I won’t be donating to them again and likely won’t be shopping at here much any more. Employees need to do better.

I used to love goodwill to treasure hunt but not anymore and especially at Clermont goodwill. Worker bee staff very nice and helpful but management feels compelled to make a profit on donated items. I use to donate here but not any more. I rather ask the neighbors and co workers if they want what I’m getting rid of FOR FREE. I shop on FB marketplace to support neighbors and not a greedy “non profit” organization trying to make a profit off of donated items from the community. I’m aware of goodwill’s mission statement which on paper sounds great. Also for good will to get annoyed at flippers, well that’s a pot calling the kettle black. At least for most flippers they actually have to look for that said item and actually pay for it before flipping it. So, start shopping on marketplace and support your neighbors. You’ll get better quality items for a more reasonable prices. Maybe goodwill will come back to reality and actually help the families trying to clothe them selves and bring a little joy in their lives with some home decor. Goodwill management should remind themselves without our donations there is no goodwill.

Service was great but they didn't have what I needed. Was looking for some car ramps. Was told to come back after 2p on the weekends. That's usually when they get more donations, stuff leftover from yard sales. Knocked a star off because it was crowded. YMMV

They sell stuff that was donated and try to get a outrageous amount for the crap. And I don't go there anymore because when they wanted people to wear a mask I never did and I got kicked out the only place I got kicked out of even though I went to a bunch of places to shop and never wore a mask . Goodwill is a money maker the CEO of goodwill makes a lot every year. They should take all the broken toys and throw them out instead of trying to make money off of them .

Nice clean store. Lots of clothes. Their changing rooms are open. Everyone is raising prices. The furniture is high priced. They are very busy. The line to checkout was long but moving. Nice to know about this store.

I love this Goodwill store!! I've been several times and never walked out without a purchase. I have found designer purses and clothes that I would NEVER be able to afford if not for their great prices. Vintage is in! Love the place!

Quick drop off for donations in the back, then there is a QR code on a sign to scan to get your digital receipt for the donation

SCAM ALERT!
Whenever I thrift I like to look for rare Nike/Jordan sneakers. The other day I came upon some gently used Nikes here that if authentic would be worth anywhere from $1,000-$3,000. Goodwill had them listed for $320, which if authentic is a great deal. I asked to look at the sneakers and I ran them through a verification process for authenticity. Ultimately, the sneakers were confirmed to be replicas (fake).

I advised the manager that $320 is not a fair price due to the sneakers being replicas. She advised the best she can do is knock $20 off still making the sneakers $300. I advised her that a BRAND NEW pair of this model replica sneaker is only valued at $160. She was firm on $300 and put the sneakers back on the shelf.

Note to all sneaker collectors! Beware of replica Ben & Jerry’s Nike Dunks for sale at this location! I will attach a picture of the proof that they are not real.

Decent selection of things but they got rid of their reward program and their prices have skyrocketed which is absolutely insane. All this stuff is donated and the CEO IS making out like a bandit
Plus they ask you to "round up"..get outta here
I only shop the color of the week
This place thinks it's a high end store not to mention they got rid of their dressing rooms and now it's super inconvenient
You have to buy the item hope it fits or you have three days to exchange
Not a fan

I used to shop at Goodwill , but I've turned away by this store. The new procedures they've put in place are stricter than the high end stores. They removed the changing rooms, you only have 3 days to return items like clothing and electronics, purses or handbags they won't accept, and they don't give store credit. Also the prices are ridiculous high. I'm done!
