I was accepted into the technical training program. The new program directors seemed racist and didn’t want to assist me to get signed up for classes. The only time I was signed for the classes I was told the incorrect time and wasn’t able to start because of it and the person went on vacation and I never heard from her again… so I received the run around from this lady for months and with out any effective communication. Then I was removed from the program with no warning, communications, or reasoning why and now their records show that never existed in their system.

Amazing assistance and training! Don’t let “entitled” individuals like this person below, fool you. I was the “lady with the kids”. And my kids were up front with me on their laptops occupied with the volume loud enough for them to hear because obviously I have common courtesy and on top of that I needed to complete my own assessments. Nobody had an issue but of course that one ignorant individual who probably should have used that good ol’ privilege and actually went to the front desk and requested a private room instead of a huge conference room at a community job training center. But I gladly took that offer for myself and finished all that needed to be done that day successfully. With check-ins and help from the Goodwill staff. They go above and beyond for those who attend, including mothers with children. Highly recommended.

wish i could give 0 stars. i went here for my stna stuff and its been a nightmare. wish i would’ve paid a couple thousand somewhere instead of wasting my time here. took my pretest and a lady came into my testing room on the phone yelling and brought her kids too. sat her kids next to me and set up the testing chromebooks for them to watch youtube videos on. full volume while im testing. i had to go to the front to get someone to escort her out of the room. i lost testing time and couldn’t focus again after that. i somehow passed. i got the email to set up a phone call for training. the only available date on the booking site was monday (labor day) at 11 am. i booked it because it was the soonest available option. i didn’t get a call because they were closed. not sure how i was supposed to know that when the booking site had availability for monday and some slots were already taken. so i called today and left a message and when they called me back a guy on the phone was incredibly rude. i tried to explain to him what happened and he made it seem like my fault that THEY had availability on monday. the soonest available option now isn’t for 2 more weeks. i have been trying to get into this program for 2 months now. i tried to explain to the man on the phone that i had work on the only available day and asked if there was anyway we could schedule me now since we were already on the phone and he cut me off and told me i better go book that spot or i won’t get a phone call and someone else will take my spot. extremely unprofessional and im disappointed that i’ve wasted so much time trying to get into this program instead of finding somewhere else that values people. dont waste your time here. they do not care about you.
