The place has some great items if you have the time to waste rummaging through EVERYTHING. Clothing is not organized at all except by what seems like color? I don't have the time to waste going through racks of dresses to find POSSIBLY something that fits me. Please organize by size, THEN color. I'm constantly finding items in the wrong size areas throughout the store. I understand this is probably a constant battle with customers probably not putting things back where they belong, but I've been to other Goodwill stores where this isn't nearly as much of an issue. The "brick brack" area is a disaster as well. I don't feel like digging around to look at items. Again, this store needs an organization overhaul. I'd expect more from Glastonbury.

Did not care for the sneaker collection at this location. Goodwill seems to have a much different selection than companies such as Savers when it comes to things like Nike and brands such as that.

6:05 pm. 12/28/24. Just left Goodwill of Glastonbury CT

Asked staff a simple question. What does the sale color change to tomorrow? Staff was very snarky, refused to answer the question. Would only say “another color”. Another staff person said yes we have a yearly schedule, the original staff person who we asked cut off the nice one and pointedly turned her back on us.

We shop A LOT at all goodwill’s in CT, MA, RI. We have never been treated this way

Why was this simple question treated like a state secret

Nice goodwill items change daily. Lots of different categories of items for purchase. Workers are pleasant. Store is pretty clean.You can find brand new items at times. And if you're patience some cool eclectic items.items have color tags. 50% discount based on a tag color rotation once a week. For example Quite offen I have found very good condition name brand (Carhartt) shirts and pants for a couple of dollars

Some cool stuff although the book and movie selection isn't as interesting as some other thrift stores surrounding me. Really busy at times and the store sometimes isn't clean. Restocked less often than other Goodwills with newer arrivals. It's an alright store.

Staff are really great/nice here but selling donated infant formula for $20 is downright criminal. Management needs to take a long look in the mirror and think about how messed up that is.
