Purchased from this location on shop goodwill. They refuse to take accountability for selling fake merchandise and failing to send all items from my order. It’s been a months long ordeal with them refusing to even respond to me until I got my credit card company involved. They knowingly sell counterfeit merchandise online despite consumers rights laws placing the burden on the seller. They willingly and knowingly violate consumer rights laws.

Purchased book from their online store, said it was signed by author, disappointed to receive book and learn they were dishonest, saying it was signed by author to increase price. However, once they realized the error they refunded me the total paid.

Will give 0 if it's a choice. I spent over $100 on CherryBell outlet. A heavy set African American cashier/Mgr is the RUDEST, DISRESPECTFUL, INCONSIDERATE, TACTLESS to coworkers and customers. Long line and perusing on stuff like other, she asked me to go to back to line because I wasn't in the right line which is to start somewhere I got to my stuff in sec after in line for 30 min. Something about she has not time for this in front of everybody,...and so I said I don't have time for it as well. One cashier how is it my fault? We are adults and pay alot of money to buy from your store. We are not getting it for free. Even if we are, she should treat us customers and human beings....like educated dignified humam beings. Then she tried to charge me all $1.79 a lb for all including non textile so I called her on that. I would stay another half hour until she get that charge corrected. That is plain CHEATING and DISHONEST!!! Please treat us like you want our business. Send this woman back to customer service training. Nest time she does this I will go straight to Better Business Bureau to report your purposeful overcharge on customers. Even Goodwill should do and know better.

Your reply about pricing is a LIE. I'm not stupid, I go regularly and REMEMBER HOW MUCH I USED TO PAY FOR PUZZLES.. 99¢ -$1.99...GREED! GREED! GREED! Please do society a favor!! Look back 3 years ago, even during COVID your prices were affordable. Then LIBERALISM came to GOODWILL😱Now only sheep keep donating and buying. The Humane Society Thrift Store DOES EVERYTHING RIGHT!! They respect their customers. I was verbally assaulted by Face Tatoo Lady, today at Goodwill by Columbus and speedway. Horrible people NOW! So sad, didn't have to happen

Horrible.. 1 month since I purchased online paid a ridiculous shipping price which they clearly profit from ( don’t buy that non profit BS another goodwill location tried to charge me $50 for a 0.5 lb - $ 20 purse and when I brought it up they said it was an “error” ) ; this time it is Goodwill of Southern Arizona that have pulled a major scam on me. First FedEx claim to have delivered it correctly then GWofSA refused to file a claim saying someone signed for it even though I stated multiple times that I didn’t get it. No belief in the customer. I said I have a door bell and was home that day and time they are claiming delivery ; but no one cares. Neither GW nor FedEx. After 50 calls and speaking to practically everyone in CS daily someone at FedEx CS goofed up and told me that they have the item, had delivered it incorrectly, have now reclaimed the package and were actually shipping the item back to GW instead of sending it to me. My case was closed multiple times by both goodwill and fedex claiming items was delivered. Since I recorded the call claiming they were returning the item back to goodwill they have “of course accepted” that they ARE INDEED getting back the item and will “ re send” it again. This was after an initial convenient “ scan error” where they actually marked the item as delivered instead of picked up from goodwill early Feb 2023. When I called they said “ yea we made a mistake now you can’t track it so just wait for 1 week then call us” as item “cannot be tracked”. Let me rephrase that, “the customer cannot track it but FedEx knows that the item is enroute to me and if I want updates I should call them every time”
Be careful buying anything that you might suspect is a good deal; after the exorbitant shipping cost - you might never get the item and may be a stuck in a nightmare situation where
1)you are out of money,
2)spend 100’s of minute with FedEx on the phone being transferred from departments before being hung up on and
3) goodwill refusing to honor anything or even file a claim , or listen, or empathize or apologize.

UPDATE - about 5 weeks after I made the purchase I have finally received the item today. I am grateful for the resolution and kind gestures of GWofSA towards the end of the process and would deem it a lengthy but satisfactory outcome.

As Store manager at Big Bend Goodwill in Florida.. We had an Atari donation with all original games. I sent it to our shopgoodwill. I didn't get the win. Found another system at this location. And won. Got item a week later. Very pleased with it. Always supporting the cause.

Not a great experience. Bought two monitors and was told I could try them and if they were not working I could return them within a day to my card. Both monitors had large cracks in the lcd. When my partner went to the store to return them he was told they could only give store credit. They took my original receipts and now I have store credit I’ll never use. Terrible policy.

Bottom line is they are bad business. Item true weight 3 lbs yet they feel that they can charge 12 lbs. They are breaking the law by making extra money on the backend for shipping. Deceptive trade through deceptive pricing. Stay clear.
