One of the better Goodwill locations that I’ve been to! The space is decently clean (more chaotic amongst the knickknacks in the back) & provides a comfortable shopping experience. Prices have stayed fairly consistent over the last couple years. My single recommendation: I would love to see the fitting room attendants be assigned - the last few times I have been I have had to wait 5+ minutes for a cashier to unlock a fitting room for me! Not their fault, especially during busy hours, but this is a small problem that can easily be fixed.

Since the owner is not going to acknowledge anything below 1 star, I hope you don’t as a customer reading this don’t pass this over.
The store specifically is disgusting always dirty with clothes EVERYWHERE. the staff are a bunch of teenagers who take their job to seriously as if their working a 9-5. I went to go purchase a used TV that was DONATED FOR FREE!!!. The price tag said $12.99, when I went up to pay, the cashier stated that the price was wrong and that the Roman numerals was the price which was $29.99. When asked if they could honor the price adjustment there was no negotiation about it just strictly no and not even sorry for the inconvenience. There is no sign back there that states to look for the Roman numerals so as a customer how are you supposed to know what that’s there for Goodwill is crazy all your ads talk about is changing lives for the better, but yet your prices are outrageous on DONATED ITEMS. It’s dirty and smelly. DO BETTER

My mother is a Goodwill fan and got me going. It’s funny, the more disorganized the shelf, the more fun she has. What strikes me about them most is their efforts to make meaningful careers and opportunities for people. They are a great thrift-store, but they also seem to invest lots of resources into community building. I am still learning how the color system works on discount day. So far, I love the experience of shopping here.

The current staff are the loveliest group of people. They are consistently nice and helpful with a welcoming greeting you when you walk in. The staff are super-chill maybe through the process of testing their patience with 4th Ave wingnuts. They have are cultivating a welcoming community feeling that other retail places could learn from.
