We went there for heating assistance. Ever since the fake pandemic. Heating costs are crazy. Glcap. Is so great. They are so helpful. Brittany is such a great person. She has gone out of her way to help us through one of the worst times in our lives. What ever she is paid is not nearly enuff.

They called me while I was at work and left a voicemail asking if I still needed rental assistance, of course I called back when I got off work and left them a voicemail probably like everyday and that was like a month and a half almost two months ago and they haven't returned my calls since then so yeah it does seem like a pick and choose but also first come first serve if you answer there call and jump through all there firey hoops. I'm in desperate need of help and have exhausted all my resources plus being over-incomed by a couple hundred and they go by gross pay instead of take home which is really freaking dumb cause the government waxes me on taxes and I only get half of my check so yeah the system is messed up!!

Charlie Estrada with GLCAP did a great job for me! Just got a bunch of things taken care of at my home and it was all done by Charlie and Quality Mechanical Services of Lima whom performed the work. Great, great jobs done! Cannot say enough about Charlie! Very nice man and will recommend this agency to others in need.

I actually looked up this information for my elderly mom and when I spoke with her later that day about her conversation with them, she told me that the woman was not helpful at all and was very snippy and rude.

I have dealt with many different community action centers in many different states and hearing this from my mom was very concerning and sad because I have always had very pleasant and very informative conversations with every community action person that I have ever personally dealt with.

My dad recently passed away and mom is in desperate need of help. So, it was very upsetting to find out that my mom was treated badly and that she was unable to get any assistance or help from this associate.

I will be searching for other organizations where she might be able to receive some information on receiving some help with her circumstances.

Kousma Insulation Willard was at my house today the three employees were very courteous and professional Installing insulation in attic thanks Ann Gottfried this is a great start I hope in near future I can have roof replaced then I will be able to stay in this home the rest of my life the electric bill should be allot more affordable thank you Greg fosco

I will never use these people again for assistance. They don't verify their contractors. They allow anyone to just come to your home , and damage your property.

This company and the programs they offer are forever grateful in my heart, the people who have made this happen are Liz, Beth, and Charlie. Their professionalism along with compassion is unmatched in anything I have ever seen. They put humanity back into business.
