Hi I and my family members applied for rental assistance due to an eviction. We submitted all required documents in hope of assistance. We spoke to them off and on for 3 weeks providing eviction notice etc. Finally after getting assigned a case worker she spoke with us and said she would give us a call back Wednesday and she never did . Finally after a week long wait she contacts us and says we have no funds and hung up. My family members is ill and this is the help we get. I feel her tone changed the moment she found out we are African American and living in greenwich.I would never recommend them again.
