Always have problems with bugs, heroin addicts, and the landlord. There are so many problems that maintenance hardly gives anyone privacy. They will knock twice and walk in at least twice a week. Over night guests are prohibited and tenants complain about "seeing" people.

My sister lives here has for a long time however the Manger is hard to reach never returns calls hardly in office canit get what she needs complex needs a Manger who is available on a regular basis its ridiculous Glena is never compliance to needs of residents
