This gym has such a wonderful atmosphere, it’s truly a community within our town!! Joining GTC has been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself both physically and mentally!!! I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a place to feel like you belong while working on your physical health!

If you’re looking for a place to get you in shape and Coaches who legitimately care about you and your goals this is the place for you. If you’re looking to have Pizza parties, never reach your goals, and tanning beds then maybe Planet fitness is better for you. Each class is less than an hour long and you leave knowing you’ve put in work from head to toe. This place has all you need to get in the best shape you’ve ever been in and fast. You don’t have to be a fitness guru to go here, you just have to want to be a better version of you and the Coaches and staff will get you there. They are always encouraging and push you to be better than you were the day before. With scalable options it doesn’t matter what shape you’re in this is the place for you!! This place is more than a gym, it’s a family who will be there for you in your fitness journey as well as your personal life because they want you to succeed and be there with you when you’re crushing your goals.
