Honestly i’ve been coming here off and on for the past year and i have a lot to say about this facility & the staff. For starters there is not a single person employed here that’s i don’t look forward to seeing. From the front end to the back everybody is so sweet and friendly. These people love what they do & are so so so professional from start to finish. Special acknowledgement to Deyanna, Tae, Emily, Rae & Ashley. They are so knowledgeable & I swear they brighten up days from the few moments you spend with them. & As far as the facility it’s very clean & always organized. I don’t usually spend a long time here. The employees are very efficient & get you in and out sometimes in less than an hour. I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else to help make a difference in someone else’s life.

The center as all centers do will change their pricing month to month, but that's to be expected. They are a very good source of extra money whenever your day job is running light. Additionally their current staff are very skilled and professional, they proved this especially the day when their systems crashed and they had some rather vocal dissatisfied guests. Ashley S and Sarah are two particularly good employees

My experience is always pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s always short wait time and Ashley Starley is the best phlebotomist on the floor back there. It’s a perfect stick every time! Thank you!!

I had just been donating for almost 4yrs. I started as a convalescent donor with the center knowing my background. So I go this past week and it's time for my yearly physical. I get deferred for because of my past history. It doesn't make sense that they've let me donate for the past 4 yrs with my past history being known and documented. My question is if they're not letting me donate now, was I really put in danger or was someone not doing there job? I told everything from the beginning and it was documented. It was ok then, why not now. They surely have been taking my plasma and anti-bodies for the past 4 yrs.

Just wish the donating took a little less time but I can't control that, and the fact I don't get paid more based on blood type (I'm O)

This was my third visit to this location. The first visit was amazing!! Mrs. Nicole, RN was so nice and friendly! She was so so helpful getting through this process.

My second visit was ok not too bad. Again, Mrs. Nicole was the nicest. The young lady that was my tech, she was ok but not as friendly.

This visit, my third visit was not so much!! When I walked in the door, I was NOT greeted. The screener yelled from the cubicle/room instructing me to air outside of the door. She was anything but friendly. She was borderline rude!! She acted as if she wanted to be anywhere but there!! The staff was very very unfriendly. They seemed cold, unhappy, and very impersonal. It felt like I and others there were a bother.

I understand healthcare gets stressful. BUT one thing I stress in training is the importance of customer service and good bedside manners. We as donors come to provide a service of donating plasma. While you're providing a service in turn. We should at least be greeted with a little gratitude. As we both are providing an opportunity to each other. It is a thought that without customers you're without this particular job!!
