My mother in law has been house-bound for some time, and through the years, Griswold has been a wonderful resource. Danielle and the entire staff at Griswold are not only super responsive, but proactive as well. Mom's caregivers have been with her long term, and there is very little turn over. Every person affiliated with Griswold with whom I've spoken, treats their patients and families as they would their own - with care, dignity, and respect. Danielle specifically has gone over and above on several occasions, as we are out of state. Their communication is excellent and timely, and they truly care about their patients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Griswold for long term care, we've been very pleased.

Griswold has been a blessing to me as a care provider for my mother, who has Alzheimer's and does not understand her need for help and occasionally shows resistance and anger over it. My case manager has listened, assessed and truly understands my mom's needs, providing consistent, well-suited live-in companions. The live-in caregivers have been dedicated, kind, gentle and patient with my mom while protecting her dignity. They have been mindful of the tasks she can still perform independently, allowing her to do them safely and guiding her when necessary. They have respected my mom, giving her the space and quiet she prefers, yet recognize when it is beneficial to engage with her with music, coloring, puzzles, walks,... My disabled brother also lives in the home and is treated with utmost respect and compassion. I have felt very comfortable entrusting my mom to Griswold's care so that I could return to my home out of state.

From the start Griswald gave us a welcoming feeling. Danielle the coordinator took extra care to find the right aide for our needs. She even did home visits to make sure she had the right impression of who to send. We needed someone on weekends which we understand is very hard to make happen. Ultimately, she hired an aide who was perfect for our needs . I would highly recommend this agency for all your home care needs.

Employing Griswold home care has been a great decision for us. Our caregiver, Maria, has been wonderful, caring, a great companion/caregiver for my mom. Helps with cooking and light cleaning, too. Kelly does a super job managing and Tony is also great anytime we need to set up a weekend caregiver and to help with scheduling. I have no complaints about the agency have been with them for over 5yrs and still appreciate everything they do for the caregivers and the clients when it comes to home care i believe they do an amazing job for caregivers and clients everyone has a voice to be heard and the comfort to know there issues will be dealt with in a timely manner and with respect
