When Sunshine House closed in Grove City I was frantic trying to find a new center for my three girls. I looked up daycare centers in Grove City and came across this center. I looked at reviews and they were mostly parents who were not happy. I decided to schedule a tour and went to the center and met the director Ms. Leigha. She is so sweet, kind, understanding and her communication is top tier. She made my kids feel very welcome. The staff are all so sweet and you can tell that they love their job! My kids love this center and I’m so thankful that we were able to become apart of the kindercare family.

I just want to add that a lot of people don’t realize that Ms. Leigha took over the center when it was in shambles and she is working so hard to build it back up. Not everything can happen over night. But know that here at this center your kids will be taken care of and loved.

I took my 3 month old here. I told them on the paperwork and when I dropped her off in the morning that she needed fed every 3 hours and they only fed her once throughout the whole day. I was very upset over this. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had a tour on Wednesday at 5:00 pm, I arrived at 5:01 pm. Upon arrival Leigha greeted me and asked me for a couple of minutes as she was “finishing up” a job interview. I sat and waited… of course I looked around and as I looked around I asked myself would I really bring my son here? I know it’s not great to judge a book by its cover but what I saw was more than enough. The shelves were covered in dust, it seemed very unorganized and messy. The smell was what made me walk out at 5:06 pm. I realized this was not what I want for my son. Hopefully this review motivates some cleaning to happen and organizing! I did get a call back but missed it, no voicemail was left! Call was at 5:14 pm. Respectfully my review

Left a review a year ago of mine and my daughter’s experience and no acknowledgement. So I will do it here. This center should be shut down permanently. They lack care, responsibility, and attentiveness to the children especially in the toddler room. I had made numerous reports. The “customer service” barely did anything. The director’s assistant stalked my Facebook after everything went down. She and the state investigator are BFFs and got off easy.

There were numerous reports made of my child being BITTEN from the same kid to only have it turn out to be the director’s GRANDDAUGHTER. I was notified from a former teacher that my child and other children were held down on the cots with weighted blankets. My child was terrified of the toddler teacher for MONTHS. Way too many preventable bumps, bruises and falls. The final straw was them allowing my child to leave the facility by herself. She was 2 at the time. Then they LIED about the entire situation. It wasn’t until months after pulling my child and running into former teachers when I found out the truth. GCPD found CCTV of the entire incident.

CPS labeled it as “unsubstantiated.” How convenient is that, hmm? 🤔

I absolutely LOVE this daycare and the staff. The director has always taken the time to listen to and address any concerns I may have and she takes care of them quickly - she doesn’t just brush them off. My son is 3 and very picky about people, especially adults, but he loves going to daycare! They helped speed up his potty training process also. My daughter just started there and is in the infant room and I have nothing but great things to say about the teachers in there also. We have been with kinder care for 2 years now and I don’t see myself ever changing that!

My daughter has been all the way through the center in every room and I absolutely love everyone there. They are professional and take great care of my daughter while she's there. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else and would tell everyone that its the best place you could have your children at. Best part is its clean and my daughter is always happy.

Grove City Kindercare is a great center. My son loves going here and is excited everyday to go in and see all his friends/staff members. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for childcare. They have also done a great job during the pandemic (COVID-19) to ask all the appropriate questions before I drop him off, does he have a fever, has he been around anyone that has test positive, etc. to keep him in a safe and clean environment. We love our Kindercare family!

I have been extremely satisfied with this place!I highly recommend them. I totally believe the teachers care about the children and their education. My son’s behavior and education improved drastically. He comes home singing and happy after being there. I was worried about my son getting potty trained. They helped get my son completely potty trained🙂 I’m so thankful for them.
