Grow Wellness in Ridgefield is an absolute getaway. From amazing yoga classes to wonderful masseuse’ and one of my favorites the infrared sauna with its rainfall shower and zero gravity chair. There is even a little shop where you can buy specialized crafted goods from CBD salves to crystals. Everyone who works there is so welcoming and kind. Grow Wellness is truly a very special, feel good place!

Today I was fortunate enough to experience a wellness retreat at Grow Wellness which included a hatha yoga class, a one hour wellness massage and a one hour reiki session. My day started with the yoga class and followed with the most amazing massage by the owner Kathleen. It was truly a “wellness” massage. She applied just the right amount of pressure and even used some hot stones. My reiki session with Lisa was equally awesome. She is truly intuitive and is blessed in the ways she uses essential oils and singing bowls in her session. Grow Wellness itself is an extraordinary, spiritual space with crystals in every room. I highly recommend Grow Wellness!

I have a high bar when it comes to massage therapy and it's such an honor to highly recommend Kathleen and her Grow Wellness Studio. Kathleen is truly gifted. She's uniquely in tune to the needs of my body and knows just what technique or treatment is needed to bring relief. My body instantly melts on her table - it knows to trust her completely. She has treated my teen daughter for over a year now and cared for her with knowledge and extra attention. What started out as weekly massage appointments has turned into added yoga and mediation classes. I always leave Grow Wellness with a smile on my face and better for having been in Kathleen's sanctuary. Kathleen has gone out of her way on several occasions to teach a private meditation class for our church's youth group. There's just no one finer! Everyone should have Kathleen and Grow Wellness in their life - I'm so grateful she's in mine!

Kathleen was so generous to put together a yoga and meditation package for high school teachers. Kathleen is a kind, patient, wonderful instructor who is sensitive to the varying needs and strengths of her clientele. I love being reminded by her that "Yoga is for you." And even though the class has been online, it's like she knows exactly what's going on with all of us -- she's absolutely on our wavelength. This class has made me look forward to Friday afternoons like nothing else. I can't wait to sign-up for more sessions!
