Stopped in here a while back for testing and this facility is absolutely disgusting. The entire place reeks of urine and filth. The man at the front desk was gossiping and talking trash about someone. Then I had to bring my specimen into an office and sit it on a filthy desk in front of the examiner. She was wearing no gloves and nothing was cleaned beforehand. The examiner couldn't even get her computer program to work, she was printing incorrect information, and this took a while for her to complete. Also, there was a woman in the lobby who was visibly high on drugs. This whole place is unsanitary and unsafe. I would definitely recommend not going here for any services at all.

Great experience! I had to complete my I-9 form and a drug test for a new job. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend.

Don't patronize this place. Unimpressive facility with substandard service. Needing fingerprints for my job, I misinserted my last name in the wrong slot when I pre-registered. The worker wouldn't allow me to correct the error there, though there were several computers in plain sight. I was on my way back to Fairhope when I spotted the Foley Public Library. Graciously, they allowed me to use their computer and fix the technicality. I will never return.

Them as a business knows nothing about their hair or nail drug screens reading or accuracy Before taken there favorite line is “The test usually goes back about 90 days; which is a total lie and you will fail every time even after 6 months of none use of cocaine and probably any other drug. When you know you’re sobriety date and have not used over 6 months accurate They are setting you up for failure so you must ask for levels results from previous test and James barely could explain that, they do not know just collecting and shipping to Quest which could explain it all!
