Customer Service is rude and non-caring unfriendly. They don’t care about anyone but themselves. They tried to force you to buy a library card for five dollars if you have Lost yours. They say they are not affiliated with any of the other libraries. They even tell you to go to the other libraries for better service. They recommend you go to the toulminville branch For certain things. They even charge you $.25 a copy for printing out papers. Crooked just like the rest of Prichard; go somewhere else!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting start letting the gate down on me just a few minutes ago while I was trying to come in and print out some paperwork It was 3:45pm and you're letting the gate down now it's not even 4 o'clock
