I went with three others on a Friday night. The food and service were just okay. I had the $39 king cut prime rib. It was a good portion, but it was fatty and a little tough, and the brown gravy tasted like a McCormick packet. The food is a little pricey. For my first time there, I wasn't impressed, but I'll try it one more time.

Found Hanks across the street from the Mobile gas stop on Rt 6 during a Sunday foliage drive. Big menu .Full bar available. Took a little long to get seated and eventually served but not terrible. Maybe Sunday is extra busy. The Reuben grilled sandwich was excellent. Hope to visit again.

Very disappointing. Pasta cold, burger burnt, waitress inattentive and the volume of the patrons in the bar was ridiculously loud, we were in the dining room and had to speak above the noise. Sadly, what seemed a promising dining experience tuned into a one and done. There was nothing worth returning for.

I hadn't been here since my after graduation dinner from high school. C.1993. The food was great. The service was good and friendly. It's a nice looking place and even though it was pretty full on a Saturday night, I could still converse with everyone at my table. That's great considering I can't usually hear once background noise reaches a certain level...

Bring your own freaking knife to cut your meat though. Seriously Hank's, have you not sharpened your knives since my last visit in 1993?! My rare prime rib was absolutely perfect. Tender and delicious. The steak knife the server gave me couldn't even cut through it! I fared better using the butter knife in the standard place setting, and for goodness sake that's just plain wrong. Sharpen your freaking knives! I have never gotten a hand cramp trying to cut up a tender piece of beef before.

If you love the feeling of an old school restaurant with excellent home cooked food Hank's is your place. I love it! It has a cozy grandma feel to it as soon as you walk in! And the service and food are excellent too. Their prime rib is the tastiest and it is huge! Keep up the good work Hank's and please don't change a thing! 5 stars!!

We were out of town and needed a late lunch. Found Hank's only 4 miles from our location on route home, conveniently located on Route 6. This is popular for the locals, and we were not disappointed. Service from start to finish was amazing with loving hospitality! The food was hot and full of flavor ! Strongly recommended and moments from Route 395 if you're passing by! You can't miss out stopping in here!

To expensive. Went here today. Food was good. She did not Give me discount for my birthday. Price was not same as menu when I got bill. Dessert to expensive. Never go there again. Should senior discount.
