Being objective, their training facility and the coaches are great. Speaking on behalf of my 11 year old, he enjoyed the training at Hardball. However, if you're looking to schedule something during late winter/early spring to prepare for the upcoming season, perhaps it's best to look at other establishments. I believe there's one not too far from Hardball in the Elmsford Business Park.

Hardball has numerous issues with staffing which makes it incredibly difficult to schedule lessons/training. While the staff is friendly, it appears that they get overwhelmed which leads to no replies on inquiries. Very frustrating.

If you can get in and they accommodate, then my recommendation is to stay. The staff knows their baseball stuff. If you have one missed communication, try to look elsewhere. Chances are it won't be the last.
