My experiences at the facility in Cheshire have always been great. The staff being both friendly and efficient. Dr Walden has always properly diagnosed and treated my conditions correctly and recommended follow up visits with qualified specialists as called for. He prescribed the correct antibiotics when called for and declined to prescribe them for viral infections. It might be more expensive than a regular doctor office visit but certainly less than a trip to the emergency room which can sometimes have very long wait times.

went on a Sunday 45 minutes before close. Was seen within 5 minutes, the X-ray tech went above and beyond to make a little child feel comfortable and the doctor was very helpful. I would go back without any hesitation. Its unfortunate if other people had a different experience but mine was 5 out of 5 stars. They even stayed and were helping us past closing time and at no point did anyone seem bothered by it or try to rush us.

Staff is always nice but the Dr is terrible. I forgot why I never go here. Dr Walden refuses ever to treat anything especially with antibiotics. This is the 4th time that I can recall. He wants you to wait out everything, including broken toes, and quotes literature and studies that don't even apply to you. You can hear him printing off information. If a dr can't properly diagnose bronchitis then he should hang up his stethescope. I could get better info having my child read off webmd. Better off going to minute clinic.

I was concerned going here based on other reviews. We don't use urgent cares centers (that much so far with little ones). I did ask the question: You are in my network; can you guarantee me the doctor seeing us will be to? Receptionist went and asked for me, and, yes, he was in my network. She noted: wow that's a great question! I was prepared for an unbearable wait time but was in and hour within an hour, including xray and diagnosis. I'll edit my review if the bill floors me, but all medical bills even in network do that. Again, staff was pleasant; doctor was knowledgeable.

Went to MediQuick location in Cheshire, CT. Check in and nursing staff were great but doctor was horrible. Had a deep cut on my leg and was told I should have had stitches but I came in too late so there was nothing they could do. Tried to ask follow up questions to see if I should clean it a certain way/apply ice/ect and was cut off by doctor continuing to tell me it's my fault I didn't go in sooner and there was nothing she could tell me to do. Basically telling me I should just give up and wait for my leg to fall off. Left without even a band-aid to cover it back up.

Avoid them at all cost or it will cost you!
My wife went to the Hartford Healthcare MediQuick Urgent care in Cheshire Connecticut. She was seen and charged for the Urgent care visit and the bill was paid in network. Then they charged her for a Dr. Kupson ( Not sure why for an urgent care visit) and he is not in network So our insurance did not pay because he was not in network. They should not have charge us for an office visit and then assign a doctor who is not in our network.
So they ripped us off and now after talking with their billing department saying they would fix it and instead sent it to a collection on agency.
Avoid them at all cost!

HORRIBLE!!! Stay away for the best interest of your health! Felt funny. Thought I was having high BP issues. I was right. My BP was exceptionally high as confirmed by their tech, the RN and their physician on duty.

I was told to follow up with my primary care physician during the week. That was all that was done for me. The entire visit lasted less than 10 minutes.

I called my primary care physicians office. I explained my symptoms to the oncall nurse who answered the emergency phone line. She INSISTED that I get to an ER ASAP.

Save yourself the fee of this visit, go directly to the ER. This place has no business being in business.

Wow not superized to learn they are affiliated with Midstate Medical Center after the treatment I receive recently. This place was the same! These people should work in a morgue where the patients they treat don't have feelings. I was sent away with extreme pain, told to drive to the hospital. Because they had to leave it was closing time. Thanks for nothing! I bet you billed my insurance though. I'll continue my complaint to Kevin Dumais who is handling the first complaint. What a dump, Stay clear of this tiolet!
