They have changed the waiting process a bit. Seems to be a more convenient waiting period. The case management has always been very helpful and kind, per each situation.

This particular facility is a great help to those individuals who are low income & need assistance with their utility bills.
The ladies working there are very friendly & very informative with any questions. You can schedule appointments or you can get there before they open & wait outside until they open kind of like being a "walk-in". The number of people ("walk-in") that they can accept varies throughout the year. It is the end of March right now & they're accepting only 4 individuals to be seen on top of their appointments. I've added a picture of the current income limits/levels. It it's always helpful if you show up prepared. That means you need your I.D., current utility bill that you need help with, proud of income, proof of other utilities you are responsible for (including rent). If I'm not mistaken you need a birth certificate & or social security card for each individual who lives in your home.

I've been coming here for help for over 20 years, and now I don't know if it's because of the pandemic or what. But now they have changed the way they do things. The way they handle their system in helping their clients. I absolutely love it, I wish they'd been doing it the way they are doing it now, all along. It was such a stress free, quick task. I was done within a half an hour in and out and I didn't even have an appointment I was a walk-in.

They help, because its in the job description. But buracracy, red tape, and if the workers are having a bad day, can hinder any help you may receive. Get an appt early or you might freeze to death before your appt

Very helpful, respectful and courteous. They made sure that my paperwork was filled out accordingly. They made sure that I had all the correct paperwork and documentation. Highly recommend if you are seeking any sort of financial assistance.

Always get the run around.
Didn't help with my water bill a couple yrs back. Now I can't get an answer on trying to get a refrigerator.
So yea im still not satisfied.
Don't know why they seem to not wanna give me a lil help
