Very pleased. I was comfortable during the entire experience. The staff was terrific and professional. What I really liked was David going over my test results. Most of my questions were answered before I asked them. He was expert at helping me select hearing aids. I was impressed that he selected waterproof aids knowing what I do for a living. Any questions I did have he answered to my complete satisfaction. I well understood why treating hearing loss is important to health and now I’m looking forward to hearing better again!

I had been struggling with my new hearing aids (from another company) for over a month and sought out a second opinion with HearUSA. Within one visit I was able to be fitted correctly which eliminated all the echoing and fullness in my ears I was experiencing. I was also given education on the reason for my tinnitus and how we can work to lessen it. I look forward to continuing my journey with this company!
