Tried to buy something online and they immediately cancelled the order claiming there was something wrong with my card. I contacted customer service and told them there was nothing wrong with my card and they could call and verify information. They told me there was nothing they could do. All I was trying to do was buy my son some new basketball ball shoes and have them shipped to him while he is in Texas on his Mission. It shouldn't be this hard.

Came in for a pair of shoes, customer service was phenomenal. This gentleman named Brody helped me with anything I needed came back multiple times to check if I was doing alright and was VERY friendly.

I do not regret to point out that the customer service at this Hibbett location is poor, unresponsive, and not attentive. We were dismissed, ignored, and treated as an inconvenience. The young lady amplified her feelings about how a particular shoe was not her style and did not acknowledge our presence. Her actions had me assume that she was a minor. Unfortunately, she was a worker at the store. The young gentleman seemed annoyed at the fact that he had to grab shoes from the back for my child. Upon, checking out I noticed the female worker standing at the counter eyeing my family up and down. Still not offering to help or even asked if we were doing ok, she proceeded to ask the young man "What size in men's do I wear?" and went back to her phone. Both store associates displayed unprofessional behavior.

Prices were fair, but service was poor. There was 3 families all trying to buy shoes and only one attendant in the store after each pair of shoes he would get from the back he would walk clear to the other side of the store until he was called back, to which he seemed annoyed.

Rather overpriced. The two girls ‘working’ when I was there spent most of the time on their phones. Overheard some racist comment about the Native Americans in the store before me. Were pretty pushy about ordering for me when they didn’t have the size I was looking for. Overall you can save yourself the trouble and just shop online, they have very little women’s shoes/clothes.

Vernal Hibbett does have good items although, there was an employee with black and blue hair that made me feel unwelcome. She looked as if she had just rolled out of bed wearing dirty sweatpants and a hoodie. I feel as if someone is working in retail selling clothing, they should look somewhat put together.

The employees all they want to do is be on there phones and talk no help had to go all the way up to them and ask for the size shoes NO HELP AT ALL and all they is talk to the people they know and stand around just like this guy
