My daughter did so amazing in just 3 short months with Higgins Ranch Kindercare. She went in crawling and came out walking!! We sadly had to leave but hope to be able to return in the near future. We will greatly miss the caring staff but we will be back to visit soon. Thank you for everything!

My daughter attended this facility 6 years ago and we had great experience , lovely teachers clean facility always on top for the best of kids communication for everything cute events and well organized ,I love the way thye go with the holidays party for kids the place always so welcome love the way they decorated for each holiday , I was happy she was there and sad when she have to go to a public school but it was time for kinder .
On 2022 I enrolled my 2 year old I was shocked was the same director Mrs Jennifer and the front desk lady's but Happy to see them too so I was happy
to enroll him i felt welcome I did had an issue with diapers but director and assistant were super nice professional to resolve and didn't happen again I can said it was the only issue, they never make a big deal over insidents , they called me if my son was not feeling well , my son loved his teacher's, every time I drop off they will distract him he won't even felt I drop him off they did well when I explained his diet and my son love everyone , they don't just do daycare they actually teach them too , they dance with them, sing and my son was learning Spanish, I love this place sadly I had to switch him and was not the best decision I made.

My 3 year old son has been going here since he was a little over one. He loves going here, he comes home clean and eats all his meals and sleeps well. The curriculums are enriching and they really teach self reliance. We are very satisfied.

THIS STAFF GIVES KINDERCARE A BAD NAME!! BEWARE!
To prevent from being long winded I will create a list. (9 year old daughter, registered in before and after school transportation and tutoring.)
1. My child was left at school for 3 hours without being picked up. When I called to figure out why I wasn't informed she wasn't in their care, the Director told me it was not their responsibility to inform me of her whereabouts…... I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP! I later found my child on the school grounds alone. (Keep in mind I was paying $175 weekly for transportation).
2. Her homework was never complete. No homework assistance is given to school-age kids. I know they sell this "homework help time" It's a lie. The "teachers" job for school-age kids is simply to let them play outside, and keep them busy with their individual electronic devices.
3. It smells like urine. As soon as you enter the 2nd door where the children are kept, you can smell dirty diapers that have not been properly disposed. The first time I smelled it, I understood because there could have been an unexpected accident with a toddler etc. But it was EVERYDAY. (Really gross)
4. Lastly Jennifer and Jessica are the rudest individuals I have ever encountered in childcare. They should not be working there. Emily tried numerous times to fix their lack of professionalism. I have no qualms with Emily, she was never rude to me. Jennifer spoke to me in a aggressive and demeaning tone when I was trying to locate my child. I have no choice to believe it was racially charged. She is extremely chummy with children and parents who look like her, but I noticed her conversations and attitude when speaking to individuals of color.... It is unacceptable. My child was left, anything could have happened, and neither Jennifer nor Jessica cared at all. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE.

Since my son has been attending kindercare I have always been happy. My son has been attending kindercare since he was 3 and he is 6 now . The stuff have always been really amazing with his asthma treatment plan , they really know how to make me and my son feel safe.

Worst place you can ever send your kids. Management and the team doesn’t care about kids at all. They are terrible in taking care of kids and trust me when I say they are terrible because we sent our kids to five different daycare due to relocating.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. If you love your kids, keep them away from here.

I did not try yet , but will get my child in this week ,notice bad smell , Kids with their dirty shoes all time ,where also they touch the Carpet with hands then to eye or mouth ,etc recommended for them to use electric thermometer to check at least every child attending in morning not to be harm on other kids .will have another review after i see how is the progress in the couple weeks.

I love this place it’s amazing my child loves it here he’s learning a lot he’s happy and the teachers and staff are very welcoming and devoted to your child he’s been going here since he 22 months I love it
