Phenomenal staff, building and educators. My three-year-old attends the facility and he's loves it. He's been attending for a whole year. We've never had any issues, and I feel safe dropping him off and leaving him there. Administrators are very professional and do everything in their power to provide great service.

Will give 0 stars if I could. Does not communicate affectively with parents. Will say one thing then do another and say they never said it. Had multiple problems while my daughter was enrolled. Only kept her there because it was recommended by a friend with hopes it will get better. Only in it for the money and not because of the love of children. Owners are extremely unprofessional and gets frustrated when a parent tries to professionally talk about an issue that they made or when a parent tries to give feedback. When I tried to talk to them about an issue without even mentioning taking my daughter out the response was “ take her out we don’t need her” They are truly a 1 star step up to quality daycare for a reason

Very professional business. The staff is amazing. The center always looks clean. They really put the children and the safety of the children first. The front desk staff is amazing as well and makes your first impression great.

I was supposed to have orientation for my child here on 01/17. I was called and asked if I would reschedule bc Alex was out sick. I asked if she was the only one I could do orientation with and told yes, so I was rescheduled for 01/25. When I walked in Jazmine Smith (whose name I had to look up bc her common sense didn’t tell her that she should introduce herself to me) was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. She will be the reason this establishment does not reach 5 stars. Anyway, I called twice and left 2 messages for Alex & either they were never relayed or she didn’t care enough to rectify the situation. I gave ample time for ONE of those three co-founders to fix the situation and clearly they don’t care. Honestly it’s a lot of ghetto people in this establishment that exude every black stereotype known to man and it’s sad. Do better. All of yall. And don’t read this and THEN decide to reach out to me I don’t care anymore, my baby won’t be here.

This daycare is a 1 star.I clearly can see why there professionalism is ghetto.They don't communicate well.close every month on a Fridays to get a 3 day weekend while getting paid for a full week.Juneteenth is a holiday but the only daycare center closed on a Wednesday to observe knowing 90% of the parents have to work.They look for any reason to inconvenience the parents and close daycare.They pick up and drop off kids by walkie talkies.They will not let you enter the daycare area or even peek.They keep that door locked.If you can't peek at your child while being cared for.They are hiding something and can't be trusted.Terrible daycare with underage children that are not productive or providing a learning environment.They even gave me the wrong child before Smh👎🏾

I needed new childcare for my 5 year old and I came across HAAH and as soon as I called they had open spots for my daughter upon going in for my tour I was greeted by very friendly employees and I met Mrs Alex and Mrs Jazz they were so sweet and very professional they let me know they would help my daughter get ready for kindergarten and since attending HAAH my child has learned to write her name and learned very any words they are pleasant very engaged in my daughters well being and education her teacher lets me know all the time how well she is doing I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to join HAAH
