My little baby grandson Carter has been going here for going on 2yrs, I was very nervous the first day I took him, he had not been around kids his age before so I didn’t know How he was going to take to me leaving him with some strangers, I was shocked!! He has loved it there since day 1 and still does to this day, he runs inside every day. Runs straight to his class room every morning and even reaches his hands out for his wonderful teacher to take him from me so he can start his day. My grandson is nonverbal autistic, so all of that plus so much more,, is a very big deal for him and myself. Higher highs is a wonderful place for children to learn, build friendships and to help them socially. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Carter loves everyone there and they love him.

The more I think about the whole experience of enrolling my daughter and trying to overlook some of the issues we had as her parents, I realize it’s just not worth it. Sending your child to school for the first time is supposed to be one of the best experiences, but in two months they have ruined any desire for us to try this anywhere ever again. Please avoid this school.
I went back and forth for so long with my daughters other parents (that they claim we weren’t on the same page, but we literally all communicate and co-parent great) about if we were overreacting or not because they made us feel like we were the only ones they were having issues with. My child did like to go and loved only one of her teachers which was Miss Hazel, so I was on the fence for a while but after hearing other stories and realizing that I’m not only one that they’ve been this way with I decided this place shouldn’t even be open. Old employees have even messaged me horror stories. Go with your gut feeling everytime!

I will not be made to feel like I am crazy or overreacting or “disgruntled” by a facility who is clearly in the wrong and lying to save their reviews. My child’s teacher who I never named in my post on Facebook took it upon herself to make a post on her Facebook bashing me as a mother for defending my child and not tolerating their negligence. Tried to allude to wild accusations and straight up lied to make herself feel better. At the end of the day it is my job to protect and defend my child when she can’t! Yes, respect kids boundaries when they don’t want hugs, kisses, etc. but toddlers who are not potty trained and incontinent HAVE TO BE CLEANED. They just have to. When your child is covered in poop or pee you clean them because that’s your job as their parent and when you pay someone to care for your child that is their job as their caregiver. Her teacher tried to claim that she’s never had a child scream during diaper changes and has never had any other issue with kids but I had several parents message me saying they would get their children covered in poop that would scream during diaper changes. One parent even stated she also received the same message that her son was screaming getting his diaper changed from rashes this facility had caused!! So, which is it? You’ve never dealt with it before my child or was that a lie too? I told them my child has come home with sand in her diaper and in the poop that is caked to her, she claimed they don’t even play in the sandbox but my mother, my child’s step mother and another mom all told me they have dealt with sand in their child’s diaper. So is that claim bogus Savannah? Seems not! I am not disgruntled! I am pissed and upset that I ever trusted any of y’all with my child and let you gaslight me into thinking I was overreacting! Shame on all of you.
Then instead of being a decent business and just apologizing you let an employee bash me as a parent and allude to how we parent our daughter because you’re offended. Beyond unprofessional behavior.
Just because you’ve had a good experience with sending your child there doesn’t mean you overlook all of the parents who have been failed by this facility and lied to and about. I’m not saying they were awful to all children and yes, my child was happy to go because she loved ONE of her teachers so I was on the fence about if I was overreacting or not. I was not.

Also, over half of the good reviews left are from employees who work there who have told me they’ve never had any issues with any parents or children but that is a bold faced lie!! The only reason I sent my child here is because they had an almost perfect 5 star review and in just two months they ruined that! It’s always a parents biggest fear trusting other adults with your kids and horror stories from daycares/preschools scare a lot of parents away. I don’t think all of the teachers in this facility are bad, I’ve had pleasant conversations with some and I will give them credit for that. Just tread carefully is anything.

This place right here is absolutely amazing. My kids are happy here and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Some of these reviews are not accurate because a lot of trying to bring the star amount down. Distasteful, I know. Listen, things that happen here is what you’ll find at any and everyday care you come across, it’s daycare. Just know the teachers here will love your kids unconditionally and be there for them no matter what. Mrs. Susan and Mrs. Elise, boo just know we love you!

I prayed for a great christian based day care for a long time for my two girls and the Lord answered my prayers when I found this school! These woman are great with each child and I can tell they really care about what they do. I feel at peace every time I drop them off! They have so much patience and we are truly blessed to have them. I had to work a lot last week and 2 days before they wore their Halloween t shirts told me my girls needed one and they offered to get them for my girls with such good hearts. I nearly cried at the fact they offered and followed through. This school is the real deal! God bless each and every person that works there!

Our kids have been going for almost 6 months. My wife and I have been very pleased.

Safety: the doors are locked. You either have to be buzzed in or you can use a key fob to scan in. They have a gate by the entrance to help prevent kids from running into the parking lot. They have cameras.

Clean: they are always cleaning. When we pick our kids up we see them cleaning and sometimes can even smell the scent of the supplies.

Staff: very friendly. Our kids love their teachers. It’s evident the staff love the kids too. My only complaint —my kids love their teachers more than me. I was okay with being second to mom. But now I’m less loved than their teachers. I guess that’s the trade off for a great daycare.

Food: they have meal planning posted. Each meal has nutrition value.

Communication: they use Procare. We get email and text updates. Payment is easy too. We love the auto draft payments.

Other: the indoor play place is very nice. My kids are monkeys all over it. The rooms are divided by age. Our kids are obviously being taught age appropriate subjects. It’s not overly “book” with the right amount of play focused learning.

I’ve seen several daycares. We’re very blessed to have gotten in.

I will say this. THESE KIDS ARE VERY LOVED. They come in every day smiling and wanting to be there. If you were to come into this center unannounced you would find laughing, joyful, smiling children. Just because YOU wanted to pull YOUR child & then say “never mind” because you know your child loved it here does not mean we didn’t treat ur child right.

My son goes here. Loves his teacher Halley M. Great job. He’s excited to go to school everyday. Any negative reviews about this place is probably a joke. Considering all the bad reviews are within 2 days ago. Hahaha. Someone got their friends to post for them?
