My wife and I took our son here for two full years and ended on a horrible note. Here are the facts: high employee turnover, there were often times where this daycare was in violation of the child to teacher ratio, and above all, the owner (Jessica) is a scumbag. The employees frequently shared their dissatisfaction with their jobs and if you want any flexibility with the owner, she’ll simply throw the policy in your face.

You want the best for your child, right? It’s not here. I can assure you of that.

Thank you Jessica , Gina, Courtney, Yvonne, Kylie , Katelyn, and rest of staff for looking after my girls while I work. I can't even begin to express my appreciation for all the effort , smiles and good energy you pour into theses kids on a daily basis. Since they have been there both my girls have learned alot and enjoy going to school. I know they are safe and well taken care of. They are always smiling when I pick them up. Thank you!!

This has been our summer care for my school aged child for the past 2 summers! They make my daughter feel worthy and useful by teaching her how to help at home! Thank you Mrs. Jessica and Ms. Gina along with all the staff for another awesome summer! We look forward to coming back next year!

My oldest daughter has been attending highland heights learning center since early 2019 and my youngest started in early 2021. Both of my girls look forward to going to "school" each day. They sing songs, work on early literacy skills, make arts and crafts, and with on interpersonal skills.

When my oldest was doing speech therapy, they were excellent with coordinating with the therapist. When preschool started back in a cheetah capacity, they facilitated virtual learning, so I could continue working.

The teachers there have gotten to know my children and help them with their individual needs. They celebrate their achievements and help through their difficulties.

With the remind app, I'm able to stay in touch with the teachers, coordinate changes, and even get pictures sometimes.

They've made such a difference that, even when I find out that they are but in the same school district as my house, I didn't switch daycares. Thank you ladies so much for taking such good care of my little ones

My 3 nephews go here and I love hearing their chatter about their days spent there. My sister has always raved about Rosemary, Rose and Jordan! Each one of them has one of my nephews in their room. I have owned a daycare in the past and know how challenging it can be at times - the gals at Highland Heights Learning Center are fabulous! Reasonable rates and great hours too!

This place is a very unorganized. They are shortstaffed. They’re all over the place. They had multiple companies coming in and out. is too many people and not enough supervisor of boss they do not train. The older staff that been there longer than three or four months does not listen. They run over their bosses. They are very sanitize.
