This is a great gym. My son and I visited here from out of state and had a great time drilling and rolling. The professor is kind and knowledgeable. The students were friendly and welcoming. The professor taught a butterfly pass that I took home and hit every chance I get. He’s a great instructor with a clear teaching style. We enjoyed our evening on the mats at Hold Fast. Thanks, Professor for being so good to us!
