I just recently participated in a class from Jim at HITI and was a good refresher course for current updates and methods of report writing. This was interesting for what others in the industry are doing. I am not use to small class rooms and rather relaxing for a change. Normally use to large groups. The information was presented well without microphones or echos. Look forward to finishing my credits with Jim next month.
Then also at my most recent educational class I was impressed by young and older inspectors willing to share their experiences in a smaller group and more of a collaboration to advance their education . The instructor does show patience with all students.

I did the 80 hour, the 40 hour and the peer review. Very insightful small class size. No questions were left unanswered. Jim was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of home inspection, real estate and the laws. I will be back for continuing education course.

Went through the 80 hour course and I can confirm that Jim is a great teacher full of practical knowledge about home inspection and about the industry and it's inner workings in general. Some of the most valuable knowledge I picked up had less to do with home inspection itself and more with how to navigate the industry.

I prefer an in person class to online and so many of the courses out there are online only. the biggest factor for me is I wanted to be present and in the room with my instructor as well as my fellow students.
