This well-stocked medical supply company has great customer service. Selina is the proprietor, and she is very knowledgeable --along with being a very caring person. She carries a wide variety of walkers, bathroom accessories, personal items for older people as well as other of all ages who have a need for specialized equipment to meet physical needs. Prices are fair, and the store is well-stocked.

A hidden Gem!

Dealing with home medical situations is always stressful, however when you are made to feel cared for and are provided with wonderful, personal service, this can go a long way to ease that stress. Owner Selina Bertos of Home Medical Solutions did just this recently when our family needed some medical equipment following surgery. She was calm, listened well to our needs, and provided us with the best equipment. She was professional yet extremely personable, which gave us a sense of normalcy during a stressful time.

My husband has Parkinson's disease and needed a rollator to help with walking. We visited quite a few medical supply stores and didn't have a great experience at any of them. Our therapist recommended this place and I'm so happy she did. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Selina is very knowledgeable and helpful, she even gave my husband tips on how to adjust his posture and make walking easier. We rented a rollator to try it out, and then we purchased the same model. The pricing was much less than at other stores, including the manufacturer. I highly recommend this place!

This what ever you want to call her is Scanless, do anybody pay attention to her behavior and what she say today VS tomorrow, OK she is Not a good sales person at all. This lady will run you away from her and the store. She is very sarcastic and she has No customers service skills. If anybody pay close attention to her then you will see that all she care about is to make lots of money in a short period of time not caring about the Customers at all. LIKE I SAID, SHE IS SCANLESS.

I was referred to Home Medical Solutions by a friend who is a nurse. When every other place in town was out-of-stock for the items I was looking for, this place had some of it! i love the new location, it's closer to me, there's much more product available to see and it's always a pleasant time to go in and talk equipment and find out what the latest and greatest is!
