Todd is very helpful with everything you need. Matt is funny and he is 100 percent a guy that will teach you on Radon. I highly recommend homespection.

I just took the Radon class and I have nothing but good things to say. The instructor Matt was great! He was able to answer any question and made the class fun. All the other employees at HomeSpection Training Institute were great and very accommodating. I would recommend this course and location to anyone! Great job guys and thank you!

Top notch institute. This is more than a school that teaches you to pass a test. They teach you the skills needed for a career. The owner/operator is passionate about helping people. Some programs help you pass a test, this program helps you to be a home inspector. It’s laid back, yet takes training seriously. Joe his school with and teaches integrity, which is something often lacking in the housing industry. It’s very informative even if you have previous contracting and construction experience. It’s a 10/10 program. If you’re interested in inspections or services they offer you won’t be disappointed.

I used HomeSpection for their radon testing course. Instructor Matt Adams is very knowledgeable and explain the content fully, use humor and examples often. Many opportunities for review and questions, and a comprehensive review before given the NRSB exam. All materials are provided and they mailed my study materials a week early for review. Matt Adams also makes it clear that he is available for questions/concerns after the course is completed and we start our radon testing. The location is very accessible and in a decent area with many things to do nearby. They offered me discount codes on sampling products and nearby hotels as well.

Joe and Todd did an outstanding job for the 2 week training that put our entire class at ease. From my first contact with Todd about enrolling to speaking with Joe about the curriculum and through the entire classroom work and the field exercises. I would highly recommend anyone to this outstanding school no matter what your background is!
