We are fortunate enough to be surrounded by tons of childcare centers in our area, however, it can become overwhelming when trying to find the right fit for your family. A friend of mine recommended Horizon to me when she found out that I was looking for childcare for my son. I was reluctant at first, but decided to give it a chance, and I am grateful that I did.

Every single staff member has been helpful and super nice - from the first inquiry email, to every single teacher and staff member at the center. Ms. Denise, Ms. Jennifer, and all of the teachers of Turtle Cove have done a phenomenal job at preparing my son for kindergarten. They do a wonderful job at making learning fun and exciting, and the kids do not realize they're learning. Best of all, they keep families involved in the learning experience, which has only enhanced our learning.

I could go on and on about how wonderful the center is, but the review would take forever. You will just have to see for yourself!

P.S. Horizon uses an app to communicate with parents, which has been a huge help with keeping an open line of communication with the staff!

I am shocked there are only a hand full of reviews, since all of the parents I rally with out side of school feel the same way as I do...

My children have been with the center for a couple of years, and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful we are to have them attending Horizon in Berea. Every single teacher the kids have been exemplary in every respect. The teachers have nurtured my children, giving them the confidence to meet goals, and thrive independently. Horizon provides children with high-quality and caring staff. The Center has incredible programming and curriculum themes. The kids are always doing fun projects, and we are always involved in some spirit day fun! My son literally asks me on the weekend if he can go to school… lol.

Also, the center provides hot meals, there is ample parking, and they offer aftercare and summer camp. The site has an indoor gym, an outdoor playground for the close to kinders, and another play area for the toddlers. I could never have dreamt up a better place to care for my children while I am at work.

Lastly there is an app in which I receive daily notes and photos directly from their class. There are frequent (and optional) parent Zoom meetings and tons of ways that parents can be involved and engaged in their child’s educational progress.

The first five years of a child are critical in their lifespan development and I can honestly say my kids will be better humans for having gone to Horizon as toddlers and preschoolers. Thank you Horizon for everything you have given to my family!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place for my daughter. She has been with the daycare since she was 4 - 5 months old and almost 3yo now. The teachers all understood the challenges (she was born at 25 weeks and weighed 1 pound) and concerns I had for her mental/physical growth and well-being. As she transitioned from classroom to new classroom, each teacher took the time to understand what her needs are and worked with us to get her developed. Miss Cristina and Miss Marissa rocks and the app to stay in touch with teachers throughout the day is wonderful! We enjoy getting pictures and daily check-ins from the teachers.

The center is very clean and temperature controlled for all seasons. The classroom size are small enough that student teacher ratio seem to work. The biggest reason why we chose this center is because of the classroom style versus open floor to tons of children.

Horizon Education Centers Berea has an excellent staff and my kid really enjoyed going to preschool. The building is newer and has a great playground and gym. The classrooms are well equipped with preschool appropriate toys/games/supplies snd technology for fun learning. She learned a lot and enjoyed the social interactions.

My grandchildren attend Horizon Education Center Berea and they are both thriving . I would highly recommend Horizon to anyone looking for care. The center is clean and the staff is professional and caring. There is very little turnover of staff which is important to me because the staff that works there sees it as a career versus a job.

My son is in the toddler room with Ms. Kristina, Christina, and Marissa. I receive pictures daily through an app with updates on his how his days going along with activities they’re doing throughout the day. I get notes sent home daily of what he ate during the day along with info about how potty training is going and how many times he’s had a wet pull-up. My child is ALWAYS sent home looking clean and well taken care of as if he had spent the day with family. These teachers have helped my son grow in the few short months he’s been there it’s incredible. THANK YOU Berea Horizon Family.

Our daughter attends the Berea center. The caregivers there treat her like she was their own. The center is welcoming, clean, and the entire staff exhibits the highest standards of professionalism and care. We could not be more pleased and thankful.
