As I entered the building I was greeted politely by the front reception. When I arrived at the clinic everyone was smiling and polite, while offering much need advice and info. The physician appeared to be very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was there because I needed answers and they provided them. Thank you from Connor and I.

The receptionists when you first walk in are always very friendly! The little café in the lobby is great! The physicians clinic - Dr. Pesce & Dr. Sakowicz are great doctors & very thorough. The physical therapy center is very very knowledgeable & friendly.

My first visit to HFSC was for a tour of the facility which was conducted by Lisa O’Brien. She was very pleasant and accommodating, explaining all resources available. My husband and I were very impressed with the hospital and Lisa.

I contacted scheduling. The young woman (sorry, I can’t recall her name) worked with me to set up 3 appointments within the same day. She was very patient with me as we discussed days and times that would work for me. Bless her.

My second visit was wonderful. I loved the busyness of all the people, smiling and happy to get started on their journey to a better quality of life.

The young lady at the desk that checked me in was more than happy to assist.

My first appointment was with Amanda. She was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions. Amanda then had me go through a series of tests to help determine my needs. I enjoyed her professionalism and great personality. My next stop was with Haley. She was very informative explaining a variety of tests. She monitored each one closely making sure I was safe at the same time. Haley made me feel connected and at ease. I really enjoyed her company. My last stop was with Krista. By doing some simple testing it helped me to realize where I am now. She also explained some techniques that would help me improve. Krista is bubbly and fun to work with. I’m looking forward to seeing her again

I think HFSC is a terrific place with a great staff. I would definitely recommend them!

My physical therapy has been a great experience. I walk in, am greeted a warm hello from the front desk then proceed to check in where staff is genuine and very approachable. Finally, after about 1 minute I meet with the physical therapist and those women cease to amaze me. Great team!

My experience with Dr.Votto and his staff at the HFSC is always professional and caring ! The staff there is truly amazing. Their kindness and their support is consistent. Rhonda , Stephanie the best ! I highly recommend! You get the care you need , the education too .

I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. I asked for 2 evaluations for my son and the doctor didn't give my son the proper diagnosis that he needed which caused delays for services and more. She didn't even listen to me or care about hearing from outside sources. I would not waste your time trying to go here, I would recommend CCMC where my son is now getting the care he needs.

Every person I encountered with was sooo pleasant, from getting checked in, to my Speech therapist.
I would recomend this facility to anyone needing their services.

I have been going to Special Care for physical therapy twice a week for CIDP & neuropathy in my legs. First off, the staff that work there are amazing, very kind and very helpful from the check-in / check- out encounters to everyone in the outpatient PT area. They have amazing equipment/ machines and ample space for PT I have ever seen any where else. Very impressed with the fact they totally concentrate on your therapy needs during the entire appointment. They do not overlap booking with another patient during your time. My legs and arms are stronger as a result and my mobility has improved. I highly recommend this facility for your physical therapy needs!
