I can write a book about the few days my 1 year old was in the care of the staff in this child care center, total learning center is not the place to bring your infant. Not sure how the older kids are taken care of but they have no patience and little experience with infant care. My son cries a lot and whines and everyday I would get complaints about the food I was providing for my child, his stuff will always get misplaced, we weren’t welcomed properly. The apostle treats her staff poorly and always seemed to be out of it and upset. Her staff looked overwhelmed mostly all the time. I only brought my son there 3 times a week and it was miserable. His eyes were always puffy, they just basically let him sleep most of the day and my baby was going through 3 sets of clothes in half a day which never happened at home. I showed other daycare providers the messages sent by apostle and staff and it’s so sad how they keep places like these open. Some people just should not have kids in their care. Parents need to feel comfortable at work and know their child is well taken care of and not get messages all day complaining about the stuff you’re providing your child which they asked you to bring. And again I’m not sure how they are with the bigger kids but with infants they have no patience. The whole team needs more education on how to care for infants that need a little extra attention. These are humans you’re caring for! I do not recommend to parents with infants. The experience was horrible and traumatizing as a parent and for my baby, I have all the messages sent back and forth with apostle and staff. I’m not the type of person to do these reviews but I feel bad not putting it out there for other parents so they don’t have to go through what I went through.
