The house of pain has been the reason for my life transformation. It has gave me sobriety as well as the cleanest lifestyle anyone could ask for. They are welcoming to anyone that steps foot into the gym. Mr Dave Trujillo makes unbelievable things happen with his dedication to help others willing to help themselves. A true man of his word, he has not once lied to me has done everything he’s said that he would. Honestly an extreme shortage of words but I can’t write a book on a review, greatly and thankful for the gym.

House of Pain So Cal Boxing is truly an exceptional place! When I first called, Coach Dave answered all of my questions patiently and even offered my son a free week to try out the classes with no obligation. From the very first day, we were blown away by the professionalism, welcomed atmosphere, and dedication of the coaches. It’s been two months now, and we couldn’t be happier with this boxing club.

Coach Dave has an incredible way of connecting with the youth, inspiring discipline, focus, and confidence while making sure everyone feels included and motivated. My son absolutely loves coming here, and I’ve already seen so much growth in his skills and overall attitude. The environment is positive, supportive, and family-friendly, which is a huge plus.

The facility is clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for top-notch training. Whether you’re looking for youth classes, adult training, or just a great workout, this place has it all. The coaches genuinely care about every student’s progress, no matter their skill level.

House of pain is the BEST boxing gym in IE area hands down! We brought our boys here having zero boxing experience and over just the few months we have been with them they have taken our boys and molded them and continue to mold them to make them great! Our boys are happiest they have ever been playing any other sport. They coach with a stern hand but they never tear them down. They are a family not just a gym. I highly recommend this gym. We are house of pain for life! Dave and Mary are beautiful people who only have these kids and adults best interest at heart. Coach Ian and coach DT have made this experience great for my boys! Thank you to House of pain for all you do and continue to do for the Salazar family!

House of Pain has been a Life Saving portal in my life. I came to this gym two years ago in need of support during a dark time in my life. I put all my trust into my long time trainer Kenny Finister and our team.. I’ve grown stronger in my mental and physical health. We’re a family and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon.
I’m very grateful for Our mentors Kenny, Dave, Mary, DT and Justin. Thank you for your dedication, love, sweat and tears you put into to the craft 🙏🏼
