If you're looking for a realtor, please don't use Donna Carter Wright, at this agency. When I was looking at a house, represented by her, she asked my agent if it's a house I can afford. I found that statement laughable and judgemental. I have a great job. I have thousands of dollars in my savings account. It's so unprofessional to make that kind of comment. When the house was listed, it said the electricity was new and updated, that's a lie. When my inspector did his inspection, he told me the electrical would need a lot work. He also discovered foundation problems, roofing problems, and abestos. None of this was disclosed on the listing. I don't want to buy a home that becomes a money pit. I've found that Donna is dishonest and a judgemental. Maybe Real Estate isn't for you. This agency is great, but please don't use Donna!

Real estate is one of the great crimes against humanity. Bought a historic home that I found on Zillow without having a real estate agent. Used the listing agent that was selling the house from this office, which helped us to legally know what offers were made on the house (only benefit of having a real estate agent in Ohio). It was very evident they wouldn’t speak to me about purchasing the house, until I had an agent or used them for the purchase. House was only on market for two days, but yet a commission of $20,000+ was made by agent. They knew virtually nothing about the house other than the bare minimum that was posted on listing. Agent was semi-hardworking until the purchase was made, then it was like they were done since they got their money. No follow-up call, couldn’t pick-up yard sign after several requests to do so, and just a general change in ultra-friendly tone from before sale was finalized. So, what did my $20,000 extra go toward with the cost of my house? Closing documents were literally pre-drafted documents that just had fill-in blanks about the specific details of the house and buyer/seller. And these documents weren’t even completed by agent. That was an extra amount of money for the full-in the blank documents. When we moved in, a previous owner that owned it for 29 years before the person we bought it from, stopped by and told me all the history of the house. Even let us know that some of the things listed as being completed by owner we bought from, was actually completed before that person bought the house. Just very disappointing to discover that updates were not what they seemed, but agent seemed to go along with the lies. For example, shingle roof was listed as being new as of 2019, but was actually re-shingled in 2005. Hopefully, by the next time I want to sell/buy a home, real estate will be drastically different. Just seems like a big ole’ scam that anyone with any knowledge of legal documents could complete. Thanks again for stealing $20,000 of my hardworking money.

Karen Evans sold my daughter's home last year, in a single day. She said she would sell it within days and, that is exactly what she did. My daughter was buying a home directly from the owner. Karen was happy to help with advise, even though she wasn't involved with the purchase. Recently, she helped my son purchase a home in a very competitive market. The house had multiple offers before it even hit the MLS. Without Karen's advise, he probably wouldn't have gotten it. Then, she took the time to walk through the property and gave him detailed advice on what renovations would and would not be wise for resale value. Karen has great expertise on the local real estate market. She is very responsive and must work around the clock. When we were bidding on my son's house, our first phone call was at 9am and the last at 9pm. You'd be hard pressed to find a realtor who will work harder for you.

terrible company for rentals i have nothing but bad experiences with them. they don't return calls or keep they're website up and when they website is down they charge you late fees and never call you back so you cant even dispute them. Literally in the past month i have called probably 12-15 times and have maybe got to speak with one person. they also like to forget charges and then charge you for it later. which is sort of mind boggling they cant even keep they're invoices strait. All in all was the worst mistake I've ever made for renting and i wouldn't even want to try to buy a house through them. ohh and they waited till 4 days before my lease was up to tell me my rent was going up 5%..... thanks

Donna . I'd steer clear of that agent if I was a buyer or seller. Maybe ask for a different agent at this location. I would give negative 10 stars if I could.
