Have helped me with sooo many things not just housing. But helping me file paperwork, getting on programs I didn't know about, energy Assistant, I love my case worker Marlena! Always so helpful

This agency needs to be audited. For a place that is meant to help people they are extremely nasty and the "case manager" and "supervisor" I spoke with were both incompetent and unable and seemingly unwilling to properly articulate what programs they even offer. They also cover for one another. I only spoke w the super bc the case manager claimed I just don't want to comply with their guidelines while also refusing to tell me what they were. Makes no sense right? Apparently to them it does. The super claims that we as "clients" need to tell them wha they want to hear or be automatically disqualified. They also act like funding for things like rental assistance is coming from their own personal pocket. The city and or state should really investigate this agency.

Yeah I have the understanding everyone has a bad day ... allegedly a driver named Stephen was picking up a client today at 70 Gaylord st at about 11:10am may 11..and his actions was totally uncalled for with professional etiquette towards another driver delivering to our building and towards challenged volunteers...it would be something to look into.... Dennis.. PS I have never heard of anything else but good praises with HRA with them being on time and getting clients where they need to go ...hope this matter can be resolved

HRA in Bristol. All employees are kind and have helped me out for 4 months now with getting me transportation to doctors appointments and now to the Senior Center in Bristol. The bus drivers are excellent and are friendly and kind to me and all their other passengers.
Thank you so much for all your help these last four months especially when I needed to get to Radiation treatments 5 days a week for a total of six weeks

HRA employees are courteous, helpful, professional and welcoming. The Bristol Branch NAACP office is also in this building. The HRA employees are very respectful of the NAACP Volunteers and very accommodating.
HRA is a fantastic organization that helps it's Bristol residents and surrounding towns.
