She coordinated with the project manager, ensured that timelines were met, and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Her professionalism and follow-through assured the project was completed on time and on budget. The end result, which included a color change, was not only beautiful but was also completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to the residents. Paige Rosenblatt at Hudson is always super professional, fast and competent. I asked for CCRS and Reserve numbers for an insurance renewal today and she delivered in less than an hour. This is typical. An Insurance Agent's job is much easier when a Manager provides information timely, and Paige has delivered every time in the last 2 years I've worked with her!

She has significantly improved the support we need on various admin tasks. Together with the services we received from Sylvia G (Accounting Dept.), we are getting good value for the property management fees we pay.

We recently moved into a condo whose HOA is managed by Hudson Management Company. Thus far, they have been very responsive and helpful! As an owner, 5 stars for sure!

While we were still in the buying process, a caveat was that it is decidedly quite pricey to acquire all of the documents needed to obtain a loan and transfer ownership. Additionally, it was difficult to get ahold of anyone to get clear answers. So, as a potential buyer, I’d likely give a 3-star rating.

Now, it still takes a day or two to get a response, but we feel like so much more of a priority. And, I’m hopeful that our future interactions will be pleasant!

Terrible Experience with Hudson Management.

We signed up for automatic payments to ensure our monthly HOA fees were paid on time and to avoid any late fees in case we forgot. Unfortunately, the autopay system failed entirely, and we were never notified. As a result, we unknowingly missed several payments and were later hit with late fees.

To make matters worse, we recently received a notice from a collection agency demanding payment and charging us an additional $600 in collection fees. I tried calling Hudson Management multiple times, but no one ever answers the phone.

ZERO STARS. This is hands down the worst HOA company I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs.
