Didn't receive paperwork that they said they sent. Sometimes they are short and agitated, impatient And down right rude. Some of them act like they are better than others because they hold the power to allow you to get needed help or not. Plus they choose who they want to assist in qualifying by telling them how to use the system. They seem very put off if you use the written information that they give you and the internet instructions to fill out forms and provide them with receipts and documents that are required by them. They will question you and check everything out if you are not choosen by them. Will act like your dumb for a simple clerical error and cause you to be longer getting the benefits you need by taking as Ling as they are permitted to to get you paperwork needed.

They took my niece who was really young at the time who is now 14 away from my sister over false accusations that was never proven!!!!! And now she doesn't want nothing do to with us cause the people she is living with are putting lies in her head!!!

There is never anyone to answer the phone when someone calls the local office. The front desk is rarely staffed when you visit the office in person. The local office is understaffed.

I found out that I am the father of the child but I knew something was wrong why didn't no 1give the judge my messages and it because of the fact they knew that girl and didn't want to get her in trouble for using me but when you live by the faith of the most high God the devil will diminish yeah she was cheating on me that's why she didn't get a blood test for the child and I know it is my child and be better than what you're doing why do dhr tell you everything I say now have keria lieing to me saying that she never said anything about it if I was like these boys who never paid child support I would be okay I noticed there they don't have any problems with nothing but the men who try and do for the child catch hell
